So even with my injury (torn ligaments in my left knee) I can still run about seven or 8K before I feel like I’m risking further injury. This month, and counting at least one more run this week I should be clocking about 25K in February.
Now… that is far from a remarkable amount, but it’s definitely something I can build on. I think setting a 60 K target for March is achievable yet challenging, tallying up to two weekly runs of 7.5 K average distance.
Time to update Nike plus and hit the road!
